NUSSER About the Company

We are an independent business incorporated under the umbrella of the NUSSER GROUP. We have been developing and producing furniture for the public outdoor space since almost 90 years. The key attributes that define our product line include quality and functionality, but most importantly architectural expectations.

Jörg W. Nusser has been running our business since 1998. He is assisted in the URBAN FURNITURE division by the Managing Director Ulrich Träger and Procurator Alexander Beyer.

Since 1944, our headquarters have been in Winnenden, about 20 km east of Stuttgart. In addition to management, sales, engineering, and administration, this is also where Works 1 is located. Since 2015, Works 2 – equipped with the latest manufacturing technology – is very centrally located in Germany in Northrhine Westphalia, in Waldbröl to be exact. There, we are regularly visited by planners, but also students, to review the manufacturing process of urban furniture – from the rough cut of the wood through final assembly of the finished product.

In addition to enjoying our work, we place a high priority on the experience of our workers in conjunction with the latest manufacturing technology. This has allowed us over decades to establish ourselves as a reliable partner for public and nonpublic building owners and architects.

The flexibility of our in-house production gives us the unique ability to address the customized needs of planners, and to also complete larger projects, such as gardening exhibits, on-time.
Since 2015, the urban furniture division also includes STAUSBERG Stadtmöbel GmbH, a leading supplier for outdoor space and playground equipment in Austria.

Two additional divisions of NUSSER GROUP include structural wood framing and rentals. These segments are covered by Wilhelm Nusser GmbH Systembau and Nusser Bau & Miete GmbH & Co. KG. You can find more information under www.nusser.de.

The shareholders of NUSSER GROUP are the siblings Susanne Nusser and Jörg W. Nusser – supplemented by the Gretel-Nusser Foundation in the construction segment – whose name stands for product quality and a sustainable business strategy.
